The position is remote in the USA, requiring strong cross-functional leadership, ROI analysis, and global deployment planning for service tools and processes. Five or more years in service engineering are ideal.

Formación

• Requires a 4-year or bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent in the medical imaging industry.
• Minimum 4 years in an engineering environment focusing on systems-level design or project management.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and documentation standards.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and drive service requirements for new product development and US market introductions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure engineering practices align with Canon policies and service objectives.
• Drive ROI and business plan improvements for service and product engineering.
• Coordinate global service design efforts and deployment plans for new medical imaging products.
• Provide technical leadership and escalation support during new product launches and changes.
