One Call is seeking a Principal Product Manager to drive multi-vertical platform strategy across domains such as Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, and Home Health. You will lead a portfolio through Senior/Staff/Associate PMs, partnering with Engineering, Design, Operations, Data/Analytics, and Commercial teams to deliver scalable automation and market expansion.

Expect a strong mix of strategic thinking, user empathy, and technical fluency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a STEM or business-related field or equivalent.
10+ years of product management experience, preferably in tech or SaaS.
Proven track record of managing products from concept to launch.
Experience with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
Familiarity with modern product management tools and practices.

Responsibilities

Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with goals.
Conduct user research and analyze data to identify pain points and opportunities.
Prioritize features and roadmap with input from stakeholders.
Translate needs into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support.
Own delivery of roadmap initiatives, manage blockers, and communicate progress.
Define KPIs to measure product impact and inform future decisions.
Partner with marketing and sales on go-to-market plans.
Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to sunset.
Advocate for user-centric experiences and rapid prototyping.
Iterate based on feedback and market trends.
Lead or partner with other PMs when scope warrants.
