Ethos is seeking a procurement professional for a flexible, remote engagement in the United States. Candidates should have 4+ years in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management and experience running RFPs/RFQs, negotiating vendor contracts and SLAs.

Exceptional document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with precise written communication is required. The role offers 5–20 hours per week, fully remote scheduling, and an ASAP start date.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in procurement, sourcing, or vendor/supplier management.
• Direct ownership of running RFPs/RFQs and negotiating or reviewing vendor contracts and SLAs.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
