Ethos is seeking an experienced Vendor Manager for remote, flexible engagement in the United States. You will manage sourcing, RFP/RFQ processes, contract reviews, and SLAs, with a strong emphasis on precision in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role offers a paid hourly rate and is designed for part-time commitment.

Work is fully remote with the freedom to set your own schedule. Start ASAP, with weekly hours expected in the range of 5–20, and potential for more depending on project

Formación

• 4+ years in procurement, sourcing, or vendor/supplier management.
• Direct ownership of running RFPs/RFQs and negotiating or reviewing vendor contracts and SLAs.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
