Job summary

Jobgether seeks a seasoned Process Improvement Lead to drive strategic initiatives across departments. You will define project objectives, map processes, and implement data-driven improvements using Lean Six Sigma and PM best practices.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, developing dashboards, and ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining quality standards. This role is fully remote within the United States with travel as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, STEM, or related field.
At least five years of experience in project management or process improvement.
Green Belt certification within first year of employment.
PM certification (PMP or CAPM) is an advantage.
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, process mapping, and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic, high-impact process improvement initiatives with timely delivery and quality.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste using Lean Six Sigma.
Define objectives, scope, and success criteria aligned with priorities.
Develop and monitor detailed project plans from planning to ongoing control.
Establish KPIs to measure progress and effectiveness of initiatives.
Organize cross-functional meetings and drive follow-up actions.
