Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Process Improvement Manager Ops to lead cross-functional, companywide process improvements. You will analyze processes, define strategies, and prioritize initiatives while championing Lean Six Sigma, project management, and change management methodologies to drive measurable results.

The successful candidate will lead teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver improvements across the organization, with remote work flexibility within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, STEM, or related field.
• 5 years of Project Management and/or Process Improvement experience.
• 2 years of Lean Six Sigma process improvement experience preferred.
• Green Belt certification required within 1 year.
• Project management certification preferred (PMP or CAPM).
• Experience in customer-service focused environments preferred.
• Experience in HCM/payroll/tax industry preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills (Visio, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional, high-impact process improvement initiatives with moderate oversight.
• Identify opportunities to increase operational efficiency using Lean Six Sigma tools.
• Define scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with organizational objectives.
• Develop and track detailed project plans from pilot to launch and control.
• Identify metrics to monitor critical activities and progress.
• Ensure delivery against KPIs and sustain changes long-term.
• Coordinate and lead project meetings with cross-functional teams.
