Qualifications

• 2+ years in Health Care or Financial industries with growth programs and measurable results.
• 2+ years engaging C-Suite and senior client executives and Boards of Directors.
• 2+ years influencing internal partners and matrixed stakeholders.
• 2+ years strategic planning, analytics, and problem-solving skills.
• 2+ years excellent oral and written communications and credibility with clients.

Responsibilities

• Build, nurture and grow consultative relationships with key Payer clients to understand strategy and needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams to increase value and client impact of Optum Financial solutions.
• Create value stories aligned with client strategy and present to executives and decision-makers.
• Ensure delivery commitments and coordinate service delivery across Optum Financial teams.
• Negotiate renewals and contracts, liaise with contracting/legal/finance.
• Drive client savings and revenue growth through performance management and upsell opportunities.
• Develop and present reporting of savings, opportunities, and SLAs.
• Maintain timely updates in client tracking systems and opportunities management.
• Operate with urgency to maximize client experience and pursue innovation.
• Build internal and external relationships in a matrix environment to drive results.
• Advocate for customer-centricity, renewal rates, and voice of the customer in products.
