UnitedHealth Group, a leader in health care, is seeking a Sr. Strategic Account Executive to act as the senior liaison to assigned client accounts from anywhere in the U.S.

You will develop client trend strategies, retain and grow key clients, and manage cross-functional relationships. The role requires 4+ years in strategic healthcare account management, PBM experience, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Formación

• 4+ years of strategic healthcare client account, contract, or vendor management experience; PBM experience preferred.
• Experience supporting government-sector PBM clients and/or contracts is a plus.
• Proven ability to handle complex client issues and deliver high-stakes presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage assigned accounts focusing on client trend management, strategic plan development and execution, and multi-level client relationships.
• Oversee client contract renewals to retain clients and secure multi-year agreements while maintaining profitability.
• Lead regular client communications and present performance reviews with cost drivers and savings opportunities.
