Job summary

Adaptive Home Health is seeking a Payer Relations Manager to own relationships with commercial and government health plans. You will secure workable contracts, resolve issues affecting patient access or payment, and provide leadership with clear payer performance insights.

Collaborate with revenue cycle, finance, credentialing, clinical operations, and legal. You will drive contract analysis, renewal strategies, and performance reporting to support scalable growth in a rapidly expanding home

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years in payer relations, managed care contracting, revenue cycle, or reimbursement analysis.
• Experience with health plans on contracts, claims, or payment issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison and escalation contact for assigned health plans.
• Support contract negotiations and renewals with rate, volume, and financial impact analysis.
• Collaborate with revenue cycle to resolve denials, underpayments, delays, and authorization issues.
