Coverdash in NYC is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to own and grow our partner ecosystem across payroll providers, banks, fintechs, and vertical SaaS. You will take partners from contract through launch and into long-term growth, shaping go-to-market plans and accelerating adoption.

Based in NYC with a remote-friendly culture, you will collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and sales, building scalable processes, conducting business reviews, and expanding relationships.

Competenze

• 3–5 years in partner management, account management, GTM, or related roles at fintech/insurtech or SaaS.
• Proven track record launching partners and driving measurable adoption or revenue.
• Experience building GTM plans with external teams and launches.

• Own a portfolio of strategic partners and drive activation, performance, and growth.
• Lead post-signature activation, kickoffs, and integration scoping with product/engineering.
• Build tailored GTM plans and enable partner sales, support, and customer success teams.
• Monitor performance, run experiments, and improve conversion through messaging changes.
• Run business reviews with partners and expand relationships with new products and use cases.
• Collaborate on deals, scoping, integration planning, and GTM design for successful launches.
• Create repeatable, scalable partner management processes and playbooks.
