You will develop proposals and reports using data and impact stories, and contribute to donor-facing resources while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in nonprofit fundraising, strategic partnerships, or donor relations.
• Proven ability to develop donor engagement strategies and guide prospects toward financial commitments.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills to translate programs and impact data into compelling donor communications.
• Experience coordinating multiple priorities with diverse teams in a dynamic environment.
• CRM data proficiency, especially Salesforce, to maintain donor records and generate reports.
• Strong relationship-building and project-management capabilities.
• Commitment to financial inclusion, equity, diversity and service to communities.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic giving partnerships and identify new funding opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve website journeys, digital communications, and giving opportunities.
• Organize virtual and in-person donor events to deepen relationships and generate qualified prospects.
• Work with finance and partnerships colleagues to ensure accurate gift documentation and tracking.
• Create impact-driven fundraising materials from data, borrower stories, and program information.
• Keep CRM records accurate, monitor activity, and track donor progress toward goals.
• Analyze outreach performance and optimize campaigns and calls to action.
