• Experience in account management, partnerships or customer success within fundraising, events, or digital platforms.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication, including senior-level influence and credibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strategic partners to drive long-term retention and growth.
• Develop and execute partnership plans using data to boost fundraising performance and platform adoption.
• Lead contract renewals and commercial discussions to maximise partnership value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support onboarding, integrations and process improvements.
• Represent JustGiving/Blackbaud with partners at industry events and shape best practice.
