Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, or grant management within a nonprofit or mission-driven organization.
• Demonstrated success in securing funding from corporate and foundation partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in proposal development and donor engagement.
• Experience with CRM and grant management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement comprehensive annual revenue plans.
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for key sponsors and funders.
• Define KPIs for sponsorships and grants and report on campaign ROI and engagement outcomes.
• Work with internal teams to support content and communications related to sponsorship and grant fulfillment.
• Attend relevant events to represent the organization and strengthen external relationships.
