Job summary

IntagHire is seeking a Sales & Partnerships Manager to close nonprofit opportunities through a full, consultative sales cycle and to structure our partnerships channel, including referral connections, integrations, and industry ties.

You'll work with the sales team and CEO to shape how partnerships are tracked, measured, and grown, with growth in responsibilities as we scale. Travel 20–30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Nonprofit sales experience or familiarity with fundraising contexts.
• Ability to sell through a consultative process targeting nonprofit buyers.
• Experience building and managing partnerships and ecosystems.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management.
• Willing and able to travel 20–30% for conferences and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle sales conversations with nonprofit prospects from discovery through to close.
• Build and manage partner relationships (nonprofit consultants, event planners, integrations).
• Design, track, and report on partner-sourced pipeline and referral conversions.
• Represent the company at industry events and travel as needed.
