Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 7+ years in Partner Success, Customer Success, Product Operations, Program Management, or similar roles.
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end B2B software customer journey and business model.
• Experience driving adoption, onboarding, support, and scaled communications.
• Strong data-driven decision making and ability to navigate complex data.
• Excellent coordination and communication across multiple teams and regions.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders across R&D, Sales, Support, and more.
• Serve as a consultative expert for CSED platforms, capabilities, policies, and best practices.
• Lead partner engagement programs and facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Develop training, workshops, and webinars for key stakeholder groups.
• Own scaled communications including roadmaps, release notes, and system announcements.
• Coordinate investigations and root-cause analyses for complex incidents.
• Support onboarding, migrations, and change-management plans to drive value.
