Job summary

NICE is seeking a Senior Partner Success Implementation Engineer to drive partner outcomes across implementation, readiness, and ongoing product adoption. You will provide advanced technical guidance, lead escalations, and influence product direction to enable scalable deployments.

You will mentor junior engineers, partner with TAMs and Partner Success Managers, and help propagate best practices and enablement content across the global partner ecosystem. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

5–7 years in implementation/solutions engineering or related tech-facing role.
Strong ability to diagnose complex issues across integrations and APIs.
Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
Proven ability to lead technical projects and influence stakeholders.
Willingness to travel up to 20% and some international travel.

Responsibilities

Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting for partner customers post-readiness.
Lead complex implementation projects including configuration and deployment strategies.
Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with TAMs and Partner Success managers.
Share best practices, create playbooks, and contribute to enablement content.
Represent partner needs in executive reviews and planning forums.
