Job summary

Keysight Technologies Inc. is seeking a Partner Success Manager to drive stakeholder engagement, platform adoption, and scalable communications across the CSED program.

You will own training programs, knowledge bases, and learning resources while supporting business operations and customer outcomes. Candidate thrives on data-driven decisions, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic advisory work across R&D, Sales, Support, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years in Partner Success, Customer Success, Product Operations, Program Management, or similar roles.
• Deep understanding of enterprise B2B software customer journey and business model.
• Experience driving adoption, onboarding, enablement, and scalable communications.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders across functions.
• Serve as consultative expert for CSED platforms, policies and best practices.
• Develop and deliver training, workshops, webinars and office hours.
• Own scaled communications including roadmap updates and release notes.
• Support CX improvement, UX studies, and stakeholder perspectives in product roadmaps.
