Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a senior business development professional to drive cyber partnerships and capture initiatives in coordination with federal and defense clients. You will shape opportunities, craft proposals, and oversee contract start-up and execution, mentoring teammates and guiding cross-functional teams to success.

You will engage internal executives and external vendors, leveraging deep knowledge of cyber ecosystems and BD processes to advance mission-aligned collaborations

Qualifications

• Experience building, managing, and expanding cyber technology partnerships with federal, DoD, or civil programs.
• Experience developing joint go-to-market strategies and co-selling capabilities.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams, capture professionals, and leadership to align strategy.
• Experience building relationships with executives and cyber vendors, OEMs, and VARs.
• Knowledge of cyber technology ecosystems and BD/capture processes.
• Ability to brief vendors credibly on capabilities and mission alignment.
• Ability to identify emerging cyber tech companies and outreach for partnerships.
