Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Digital Advertising Manager to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and narrative on client questions, acting as the strategic voice in meetings.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, with emphasis on ROAS improvements, agency-wide client management, and clear English communication on live calls with US clients.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Aufgaben

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth: retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
