Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking an Account Strategist to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set targeting, budget calls, the roadmap, and present the narrative on calls.

You will lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding, testing, and attribution, and craft 90-day roadmaps with clear client storytelling while growing long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and narrate the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.
