Lever, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Operations Specialist to organize critical workflows across deals, CRM, and admin tasks. You will support leadership by owning processes, coordinating schedules, and improving repeatable operations with AI-powered tools in a remote team.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to structure complex information into clear workflows.
• Experience in operations, executive support, or investment operations.
• Proactive, with the ability to own follow-ups and move projects forward.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with investors and partners.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality when handling sensitive data.
• Comfort with CRM/productivity platforms such as Airtable, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
• Willingness to use AI tools to summarize information and improve workflows.
• Strong research and analytical skills for turning data into insights.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound inquiries from prospective searchers and investors with prompt, professional responses.
• Maintain and organize CRM records for accurate pipeline data.
• Organize financial documents to create a reliable source of truth for decisions.
• Support deal-flow operations by tracking opportunities and follow-ups.
• Coordinate leadership schedules, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Identify upcoming needs and own coordination without constant direction.
• Research opportunities and prepare concise summaries for internal review.
• Develop repeatable workflows and checklists to boost efficiency.
• Use AI tools to summarize information and streamline recurring tasks.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend practical improvements for scaling.
• Handle sensitive business and investor information with discretion.
