Job summary

Advantage HQ is seeking a Head of Operations to build and lead the operating system that powers scale from 185 people to hundreds more. You will partner with the CEO and department heads to remove bottlenecks, implement scalable systems, and ensure predictable, high-quality client delivery and financial rigor.

This is a company-building role focused on creating rhythm, accountability, and efficiency—delivering on commitments with speed and quality while reducing chaos as the business grows.

Qualifications

• 7-12+ years of operations leadership experience in a fast-growing company.
• Experience leading multiple business functions simultaneously, including client operations, finance, and people operations.
• Experience scaling organizations through periods of rapid growth.
• Strong understanding of operational systems, financial management, organizational design, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Own operational excellence across the client delivery organization.
• Ensure every client receives what we promised, on time and to a high standard.
• Build operating rhythms to identify delivery risks early.
• Drive accountability across PM, account mgmt, creative, media buying, influencer ops, and cross-functional teams.
