Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in product management, operations, or program management roles.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools like Looker.
• High emotional intelligence for effective collaboration with senior leaders.
• Excellent written communication skills for clear strategy articulation.
• Ability to simplify complex processes and reduce decision-making layers.
• Experience in government, public-sector, or mission-driven organizations.
• Proven track record in managing OKR or performance-versus-plan processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the connection between long-term strategy and near-term execution.
• Run performance-versus-plan and OKR processes across the organization.
• Facilitate cross-functional reviews to align on organizational strategy.
• Communicate progress on impact metrics through monthly updates.
• Support business cases for strategic initiatives with clear value propositions.
• Conduct data analyses to diagnose core metric drivers and blockers.
• Continuously improve operational methodologies and share best practices.
