Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Director, Business Management & Execution Lead to shape operating models, governance, and execution rhythms for a healthcare leader. You will partner with Finance and senior leaders to drive annual planning, performance management, and investment prioritization; translate performance into executive-ready insights and cross-functional action.

Location is remote, with opportunities to align with enterprise programs, drive OKRs, and influence executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business operations or management consulting roles.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience supporting senior executives, including SVP, EVP, and C-suite leaders.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise performance management and OKR frameworks.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in operating plans and investment prioritization.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
• Strong executive communication skills for board-quality presentations.
• Experience in high-growth or private equity-backed environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the business unit's operating model and governance structures.
• Lead annual planning and goal-setting in collaboration with Finance.
• Define and enhance decision-making processes within the business unit.
• Own the performance management architecture, including OKR design and KPI definition.
• Monitor performance indicators and propose cross-functional solutions.
• Coordinate with senior leaders across departments to align priorities.
• Represent the business unit in enterprise-wide programs and initiatives.
• Prepare executive-level reporting and decision-ready narratives.
