Jobgether SRL is partnering with a client to hire a National Account Executive for the United States. This fully remote role focuses on strategic national accounts, driving growth, retention, and profitability in group insurance solutions.

You will build trusted client relationships, align insurance solutions with client needs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage implementations, renewals, and ongoing performance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in account management or underwriting.
• Group Life and Health Sales License is required.
• Strong understanding of group insurance products and market strategies.
• Ability to interpret financial data and identify opportunities for profitability/retention.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated strategic account leadership and cross-functional coordination.
• Customer-centric mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work remotely in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute engagement strategies for large national accounts.
• Create annual account plans to achieve retention and profitability targets.
• Collaborate with sales, underwriting, claims, and service teams to support accounts.
• Lead onboarding of newly sold accounts and coverage lines.
• Oversee service delivery, contract amendments, and inquiries with the client team.
• Plan quarterly client meetings with strategic agendas and reviews.
• Support enrollment planning and expand coverage where possible.
• Coordinate renewal activities across underwriting and sales with product insights.
• Analyze postmortems to improve retention and performance.
