Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial account management.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and market conditions.
• Experience coordinating placements, renewals, and service delivery for large accounts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to assess complex risk exposures and recommend coverage.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally; licenses or progress toward designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of service delivery for large commercial accounts.
• Maintain relationships with commercial insurance carriers and understand underwriting needs.
• Conduct marketing activities for assigned large accounts.
• Develop initial placement and renewal strategies with stakeholders.
• Prepare risk maps and review risk assessments for exposures.
• Analyze complex risk profiles and advise on coverage decisions.
• Manage special projects to improve performance and efficiency.
