Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Partner Marketing/Global Systems Integrators.
• Strong program management, project management, and organization skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration across teams and partners.
• Ability to take initiative and drive continuous improvements.
• BA in Marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a quarterly to six-month marketing plan aligned to GSI goals and strategies.
• Build relationships deep and broad within partners and secure commitments.
• Communicate six-month plans to GSI leadership via QBRs and planning sessions.
• Ensure programs delivered on time, within budget, and ROI-focused.
• Execute impactful campaigns tailored to individual GSIs.
• Identify opportunities to leverage GSI relationships for marketing programs.
• Foster creativity and new ways to market with partner teams.
• Lead joint campaigns including content, events, ABM, and coordination with global teams.
• Support development of Joint Thought Leadership content with Product Marketing.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders via calls and emails.
• Assess effectiveness of programs against pipeline growth targets.
