Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Strategic Marketing Manager for NAM to accelerate marketing with our GSI partners. You will shape the go-to-market strategy and develop and execute programs to increase awareness and drive demand in support of our growth priorities.

The role requires strong program management, excellent stakeholder communication, and the ability to lead across internal and external teams. This position is remote with collaboration across geographies and a compensation range above

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Partner Marketing/Global Systems Integrators.
• Strong program management, project management, and organization skills.
• Ability to take the lead in a challenging environment with multiple priorities across internal and external stakeholders.
• BA in Marketing or other related field.
• Experience with SFDC, Allocadia and G Suite are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine and implement a quarterly/six month marketing plan aligned to GSI team goals and strategies to include communication and awareness, thought leadership and demand generation.
• Build relationships deep and wide within the partner; secure partner commitment on marketing plans.
• Communicate six month/quarterly plans to GSI leadership via QBRs and other planning sessions.
• Ensure marketing programs and tactics delivered on time, within budget, meeting ROI expectations/pipeline forecast.
• Focus on executing impactful campaigns tailored to individual GSIs.
• Identify opportunities to leverage GSI relationships to support corporate marketing programs.
• Foster creativity and find new ways to market with partner teams.
• Lead the creation of joint marketing campaigns for GSIs including content, events, multi-touch demand generation programs and ABM and coordinate with global demand generation teams for execution.
• Support the development of Joint Thought leadership content with Product Marketing teams.
• Provide regular marketing updates to key stakeholders via weekly calls and email communications.
• Assess the effectiveness of marketing programs against GSI pipeline growth targets and focus areas.
