Job summary

Harvard University is seeking a Strategic Training Program Manager to lead the strategy, design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the FAD learning programs. You will drive end-to-end learning lifecycle management and collaborate with schools and subject-matter experts to scale training across a diverse financial community.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 7 years’ relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise learning strategies for large-scale business transformation initiatives.
• Lead training workstreams for complex cross-functional projects.
• Partner with project leadership to develop organizational readiness, communication, and user adoption plans.
• Design, create, schedule and deliver training, both in-person and online.
• Choose appropriate training methods per case (simulations, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes).
• Assess learning effectiveness, summarize evaluation reports, and recommend continuous improvement.
• Leverage emerging learning technologies, including digital learning platforms and AI-enabled tools, to improve the learner experience.
