Job summary

Stanford University is seeking a Manager, Financial Learning Solutions to lead the FinLearning team and transform how the university delivers learning across Financial Management Services. You will design and deliver learning solutions, set standards for courses and evaluations, and guide the ecosystem via an LMS and AI-assisted tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and seven years of relevant experience.
• Advanced degree in instructional design, learning science, or educational psychology is highly relevant.

Responsibilities

• Lead the FinLearning team and oversee staff development and budgets.
• Define LMS strategy and oversee platform evaluation, migration, and governance.
• Provide product management for FinLearning’s ecosystem of learning resources and measure impact.
• Evaluate requests for technology-based learning projects with stakeholders and allocate team capacity.
• Partner with subject matter experts on learning projects from conception to delivery.
• Develop learning plans based on change management assessments and align with business goals.
• Maintain operations dashboards to report metrics and drive improvement.
• Establish standards for course development, materials, and assessments.
• Manage vendor and contract relationships and support procurement and budgeting.
