Ladders is seeking a Strategic Key Account Manager for Asset Management Services to join a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This remote role focuses on managing and expanding strategic relationships in life sciences, partnering with internal teams to shape account strategy and deliver long-term growth.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only; visa sponsorship not available. Compensation: $143,900 – $215,900 annually.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
10-15 years of strategic account management experience in life sciences or biotech.
Experience developing complex, multi-year commercial agreements.
Strong understanding of biotech/pharma industry dynamics.
Proven relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
Advanced negotiation and financial analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-value relationships with key customers
Coordinate cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop account strategies
Execute complex deals while serving as the primary contact for strategic accounts
Build and maintain executive-level relationships and develop multi-year strategic plans
Ensure alignment between customer needs and company capabilities
Negotiate sophisticated agreements to support sustainable business growth
Deliver exceptional customer experiences through integrated solutions
