Job summary

Azurity Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Institutional Business Manager to drive strategic plans across a broad geography, building relationships with physicians, nurses, pharmacists and other decision-makers in the US healthcare system. Qualifications

• 8+ years in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device or Healthcare sales.
• Work independently and manage key account relationships.
• Demonstrated sales growth while managing territory.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Articulate complex clinical messages to healthcare providers.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal/virtual engagement skills.
• Experience with CRM tools (Veeva or Salesforce).
• Independent yet able to work within a team.
• Attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic business plan for a wide geographical area.
• Effectively call on physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, etc.
• Call points include Physician offices, Hospital Pharmacy, OR, ICU, etc.
• Communicate clear messages in complex clinical situations.
• Travel as needed with internal teams (Management/Marketing).
• Use data sources to maximize ROI and opportunities.
• Attain or exceed assigned sales and profit goals.
• Manage and track territory information through a CRM system.
• Travel as needed for the territory, including air travel.
