Job summary

Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check, LLP is seeking a Client Onboarding Lead to coordinate onboarding for institutional clients using SecuritiesTracker services. You will navigate complex fund hierarchies and oversee onboarding from kickoff through transition to long-term support teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in onboarding or implementation, with legal or financial services background preferred, and strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience; onboarding/implementation preferred.
• Prior experience in legal or financial services is preferred.
• Ability to analyze client data and manage complex structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full onboarding lifecycle for new institutional clients from kickoff to long-term support.
• Coordinate onboarding communications with clients, third parties, and internal teams.
• Partner with subject matter experts to facilitate onboarding activities.
• Review complex client structures and fund hierarchies to support onboarding.
• Gather required information and data for onboarding success.
• Track milestones, identify bottlenecks, and drive timely resolution.
• Provide regular onboarding status updates to management.
• Support process-improvement initiatives to enhance speed and client experience.
• Maintain ongoing client communication post-onboarding for updates.
• Update client structures and fund hierarchies in internal systems.
• Provide cross-functional support through cross-coverage as needed.
