Job summary

Kestra Financial is seeking a Sr. Onboarding Operations Specialist to support new advisor firms entering the Kestra ecosystem. The role is hybrid with about 65% travel for in-person onboarding and 35% back-office processing.

You will train advisors on Advisor Complete, assist with account setup, and collaborate with Sales, Trading, and Cashiering to ensure smooth onboarding and accurate documentation. Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years in financial services or onboarding, strong MS Office

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services or client onboarding roles.
Proficiency in MS Office and strong attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

Travel to advisor offices to deliver hands-on operational training and onboarding.
Lead onboarding engagements and address operational and account setup questions.
Lead training sessions for advisors on Advisor Complete and onboarding workflows.
Process new accounts and support back-office tasks when not traveling.
