Job summary
Page Executive is seeking a Client Onboarding & Project Delivery Manager to oversee onboarding and transition of institutional clients across the Prime Services platform. This role will manage complex implementations in prime brokerage, custody, and related products, ensuring a seamless go-live experience.
You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Client Coverage to drive multi-workstream execution, manage risks, and maintain audit-ready
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of institutional onboarding, client implementation, or related financial services experience.
- Strong understanding of onboarding and account lifecycle processes.
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee onboarding and transition of institutional clients across Prime Services.
- Manage complex implementations involving prime brokerage, custody, financing, and related products.
- Provide regular status updates and project reporting to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and drive project execution to completion.
- Ensure onboarding activities comply with risk, policy, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify process improvements and support governance and controls initiatives.
