Oscar Health, Inc. is looking for a Strategic Insights Associate, Data Analytics to partner across the organization in scoping, analyzing and monitoring performance of key financial and utilization metrics.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Pharmacy Program Management and is fully remote for candidates in the U.S., with potential future hybrid work based on hub office alignment. The position emphasizes owning analytical requests, communicating results clearly to leadership, and driving

Formación

• 3+ years of technical analytics experience.
• 2+ years handling large datasets and deriving insights.
• Strong communication of analysis to leadership.
• 2+ years SQL experience; or proficiency in R or Python.
• 1+ years Excel/Sheets with VLookup and nested statements.
• 1+ years healthcare, finance or insurance industry.

Responsabilidades

• Own insights generation for a major business unit and be the primary contact for Sr. Managers.
• Analyze data to support data-driven decisions by business teams.
• Tell a compelling story with findings for non-technical audiences.
• Identify and define requirements to enhance dashboards and analytics tools.
• Create models/tools to identify healthcare inefficiencies and drive improvements.
• Collaborate across the organization and manage stakeholder relationships to drive impact.
• Support additional strategic projects as needed and ensure compliance with laws.
