Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a Strategic Insights Associate, Data Analytics to join our Pharmacy Program Management team. You will partner across the organization to scope, analyze, and monitor key financial and utilization metrics to support company goals.

You will own insights generation, work with stakeholders to define questions, and present findings clearly to senior leadership. The role is remote for US residents with possible future hybrid shifts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical work experience using analytical tools and writing analytical reports.
• 2+ years handling large datasets and distilling analyses into insights.
• Strong communication skills with Leadership (Director+) demonstrated by projects.
• 1+ years experience with Excel/Sheets and advanced functions.

Responsibilities

• Own insights generation for a major business unit and serve as the first point of contact for Sr. Managers.
• Analyze data to support data-driven decisions by business teams.
• Tell data stories clearly to non-technical colleagues and present findings succinctly.
• Enhance essential dashboards and define requirements as user needs evolve.
• Identify opportunities to build models/tools to reveal and remove inefficiencies.
