Responsiv is seeking a Strategic Implementation Lead in Chicago with remote options to own customer journeys from pre-sale design through implementation and value realization. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, regulatory change, or an actionable legal or compliance role at a regulated organization.
• Experience working with financial institutions, regulated enterprises, or complex compliance organizations.
• Ability to read and understand regulatory materials and connect regulatory requirements to a customer’s business, products, licenses, policies, controls, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Own implementations from kickoff through value realization, leading kickoff, implementation planning, workflow design, configuration, launch, and adoption.
• Lead pre-sale customer discovery to build the customer’s regulatory foundation and translate discovery into credible solution designs.
• Refine the customer's obligation register to support monitoring, alerting, and gap analyses.
• Be the connective tissue between customers and product by translating real-world usage into actionable insights.
• Maintain high performance in a fast-paced environment, upholding SLAs and driving continuous improvements.
