Job summary

Phenom Cloud seeks a Senior Business Implementation Consultant for North America to deliver consulting/implementation services in a remote/hybrid setup. You will drive best practices, lead workshops, and guide cross-functional delivery teams across Cornerstone OnDemand and Odoo implementations.

Applicants should have 10+ years in HCM consulting, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to manage complex client requirements with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of consulting in the HCM space, with 7+ years on large-medium projects.
• Degree in business or related field; technical minor preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements, perform gap analyses, and define functional solutions.
• Lead workshops and pre-sales activities to scope projects.
• Define delivery strategy with the project manager and drive best practices.
• Provide functional leadership across delivery teams and client stakeholders.
• Lead testing, validation, and post-implementation support.
