Job summary
Continuum Technologies, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Solutions & Delivery Engineer to bridge sales and customer success.
You will demonstrate SaaS solutions to manufacturers and distributors, gather requirements, design solutions, and manage the end-to-end implementation and onboarding process. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead implementation plans, configure software to client specs, and maintain proactive client engagement to ensure successful outcomes in a rapidly evolving
Qualifications
- Experience in software sales and customer onboarding is required.
- Experience with SAAS implementations for manufacturers/distributors preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management with meeting deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate SaaS products to prospects with tailored benefits.
- Support Account Executives across the sales cycle and assist deals.
- Capture detailed requirements to design client-specific solutions.
- Develop implementation plans with timelines and resources.
- Lead the implementation and ensure seamless system integration.
- Configure software per client specs and best practices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams during implementation.
- Onboard customers and train users post-implementation.
