Job summary

Slipstream is seeking a Life Sciences - Salesforce Solution Architect to design end-to-end CRM architectures for pharma/biotech clients, leveraging Veeva CRM, IQVIA OCE, and Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud. This is a remote role based in the United States with occasional travel for client workshops.

You will lead discovery, design sessions, and integration strategies, while guiding offshore/onshore teams, ensuring regulatory readiness and platform modernization milestones.

Qualifications

• 8+ years CRM/Salesforce experience including architecture roles.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM and/or IQVIA OCE for pharma/biotech.
• Strong knowledge of pharma ops workflows and data ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for CRM engagements on Veeva IQVIA OCE and Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
• Define integration patterns across CRM, data warehouses, and external systems.
• Produce solution design docs, architecture diagrams, and data flow specs.
• Provide technical leadership across delivery teams and support presales solutioning.
