Job summary

BambooHR is seeking an HR Services Advisor to help customers identify and address HR challenges through our services. You will lead consultative conversations, uncover real needs, and guide customers toward the right BambooHR solutions.

You will manage opportunities from initial discussions to paid engagements, shaping engagements and collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and CX to scale our services across client accounts in a remote US setting.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to identify customer needs and convert them into paid services.
• Experience in HR consulting or HR advisory roles.
• Ability to nurture and convert relationships into paid engagements.
• Lead consultative conversations that uncover unstated needs.
• Strong understanding of HR practices in SMBs.
