Job summary

Bamboo Works is seeking a Financial Analyst – Accounting & Advisory to support financial reporting, analysis, and research for a diverse client portfolio. This fully remote role will involve P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow preparation across multiple client accounts, with an emphasis on clear, actionable insights for senior advisory teams.

You will contribute to standard monthly packs, basic forecasting, and back-office support, while developing understanding of different business models.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, accounting, FP&A, or reporting.
• Strong understanding of P&Ls, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Hands-on experience preparing financial reports and management information.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain P&Ls, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other financial reports across multiple client accounts.
• Prepare recurring monthly financial and management reporting packs.
• Analyze financial performance and identify trends, discrepancies, and areas needing attention.
• Forecasting and financial analysis including straightforward forecasts and cash flow planning.
• Translate financial data into clear information for senior team members and client reports.
