Job summary

Hillel International seeks a Senior Manager, Strategic HR Operations to drive strategic HR initiatives, transform workforce data into insights, and enhance operational excellence across the movement. You will partner with senior leaders to implement HR best practices and optimize processes for ~1,200 professionals.

The role supports a distributed workforce with a preference for hybrid work (1–2 days/week) at our Washington, D.C.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
4–7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, People/HR Operations, HR Analytics, Project Management, or related field.
Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
Experience with HR systems such as Paycor or similar HRIS platforms and Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms.

Responsibilities

Support and partner with Senior HRBPs in cross-functional HR projects (engagement, compliance, performance management, compensation).
Create executive dashboards, reports, and data summaries for senior leadership.
Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations.
Own and maintain the Strategic HR project tracker and ensure plans are up to date.
