Job summary

Inspiration Mobility Group in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to build and lead our HR function at scale. You will own programs, systems, and the team that empowers employees to perform their best work, while advising the Executive Team on how our People strategy supports growth in a hybrid, distributed organization.

The role requires 11+ years of progressive HR experience, a strong background in compensation and job architecture, and hands-on leadership of HR staff.

Qualifications

• 11+ years of progressive HR experience across the full employee lifecycle.
• Background in compensation strategy and benchmarking using survey data.
• Experience in job architecture and managing HR staff.
• Ownership of employee benefits programs including broker relationships.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and multi-state compliance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Director to develop and execute job architecture and comp strategy.
• Own the employee benefits strategy: renewals, plan design, broker relationships.
• Coach managers through performance management and difficult conversations.
• Ensure HR compliance across all states we operate in.
• Lead people strategy in a hybrid/distributed organization.
