Job summary

Hillel International seeks a Senior Manager, HR Operations to transform workforce data into actionable insights and drive operational excellence across the movement. You will partner with senior leaders, own HR analytics, dashboards, and process enhancements, supporting 1,200+ professionals across North America including the SIC in DC.

This remote-eligible role prioritizes hybrid work in Washington, DC, collaborating with Payroll, Benefits, TA, Finance, Tech Services, and other stakeholders to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4-7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, People/HR Operations, HR Analytics, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with HR systems such as Paycor or similar HRIS platforms and Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms.
• Supervision experience preferred.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and closely partner with Senior HRBPs on cross-functional HR projects including engagement, compliance, performance management and compensation planning.
• Create executive dashboards, reports, data summaries and presentations for senior leadership.
• Analyze HR, recruiting, engagement, and workforce data to identify trends and recommendations.
• Own and maintain the Strategic HR project and communications tracker.
• Serve as project manager for overlapping initiatives and keep SVP informed with high-level visibility.
• Improve HR systems and reporting tools, ensuring data reconciliation and process documentation.
• Own leaves of absence administration with a focus on parental leaves and related laws.
• Coordinate development initiatives, employee requests and budget.
