Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR leadership to the Food & Beverage division and act as advisor to senior leaders.
• Translate business goals into people strategies and workforce plans.
• Lead HR programs across design, succession, development, and engagement.
• Guide employee relations, policy interpretation, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Compensation to attract and retain talent.
• Drive analytics and workforce metrics to inform leadership decisions.
