US Foods, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR leader to serve as a trusted advisor to Area Staff and local management. This role aligns HR strategy with business objectives, supports employee relations, and drives talent planning across multiple sites.

You will collaborate with Region and Functional partners to optimize effectiveness and manage risk. The role requires 7+ years in HR, labor relations experience, and a willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• 7+ years of HR experience with increasing responsibility.
• Labor relations experience required.
• Strong ability to build relationships at senior levels and work across the organization.
• 50% travel required.

Responsabilités

• Drive key results for the area and support business objectives with HR alignment.
• Advise Area Leaders on HR strategies and risk management with Region and Functional Partners.
• Lead and develop the HR team and oversee talent planning and performance routines.
• Investigate complex employee relations issues and participate in termination decisions as needed.
• Communicate and implement policies and programs across the area and partner with Legal as needed.
