Job summary

US Foods, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Director to serve as trusted advisor to Area Staff and local management, aligning HR strategy with business objectives and driving field execution.

You will lead HR operations across multiple sites, manage employee relations, talent planning, and change initiatives, with 10% travel to domiciles and events; a bachelor’s in HR and 7+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 7+ years of HR experience with increasing responsibility.
• Labor relations experience required.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive achievement of key HR results for the area.
• Collaborate with business leaders to influence HR strategy and labor relations.
• Lead HR team and partner with HR Centers of Excellence.
• Manage employee relations investigations and risk with regional partners.
