Job summary

You will translate market dynamics into clear recommendations for senior leaders, working with product, growth, data science, and go-to-market teams to unblock execution. This role demands structure amid ambiguity and a bias toward action.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in business operations, strategy, international growth, or other analytical operating roles.
• Proven track record taking large, ambiguous problems from diagnosis to strategy and execution.
• Strong analytical approach using market research and customer insights.

Responsibilities

• Build the operating plan translating priorities into goals, workstreams, owners, milestones, and decisions.
• Identify cross-functional dependencies early to keep execution aligned.
• Drive market growth initiatives with product, growth, data science, and regional teams.
• Create a clear view of market performance using data and competitive intelligence.
• Lead executive communications with concise, executive-ready narratives.
• Connect regional needs to global priorities for product, research, and go-to-market.
• Drive strategic cross-functional initiatives across international growth programs.
• Build repeatable programs and operating rhythms for scaling international teams.
